Main purpose of the job

Establishing the connection with CSP (Customer Strategy & Planning) & CBP (Key Account Teams) for resolution of cross-functional short term supply related issues & the local business waste agenda. Align stock allocation policies with the business and operates AATP of the respective Business Unit. Analyzes Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by CBD.

Responsibilities of the role

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive periodically & per demand Business Rules setting in AATP including Customer prioritization list in AATP by defining it together with CSP & CBD in Personal care Category
  • Lead mitigation of service risk in collaboration with CSP/CBD. (Supply constraint resolution predominantly driven by Market Supply Planner & Planning Manager)
  • Be accountable for service risk identification working on it together with other functions.
  • Monitor & action on waste prevention of Finished Goods based on weekly discussion with CSP team.
  • Lead the Xmas pack activity from supply chain point of view

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligns stock allocation policies with CSP to ensure reservations & prioritizations are automatically processed
  • Performs business rule changes in the day to day running of AATP and steers Stock & Order Management Specialist with business direction
  • Feedback to Market Demand Manager & Planning Manager on (major) risks & opportunities
  • Coordination of smaller crises, for example product availability or quality issues, etc.
  • Identifies, quantifies and triggers short term Out of Stock (OOS)/stock risks and elevates to Market Supply Planner – Market Supply Planners work on resolution
  • Monitors AATP related KPIs and defines needed interventions
  • Confirm Adria order and stock allocation between Hungary and Adria for the respective Business Unit.

Key Activities:

  • Stock allocation business rule setting in AATP, SAP and Excel coordinating with Stock & Order Management Specialist
  • Make sure advanced stock management process is compliance with guardrails
  • Review & decide reason code for Out of Stock (OOS), briefing Market Supply Planner
  • Coordinate communication about significant Out of Stock (OOS) risk in house
  • Monitor business waste risk by using Proactive Obsolete Management tool/Expiry
  • Coordinate Business waste agenda with national and international traders
  • Prepare and comment weekly service summary
  • Take part into AATP community

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

  • Business partnering and collaboration across functions to drive strategic alignment
  • Data analytics for performance insights and decision support
  • Inventory management with focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Enhancing customer experience through process and service improvements
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments
  • Scenario and exception-based planning for agile operations

  • Understanding of operational procedures and process flows
  • Functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Customer Development, Finance, and Channel Management
  • Familiarity with supply chain network structures and optimization
  • Experience with Deliver & Collect metrics and performance tracking
  • Awareness of business guardrails and compliance standards
  • Proficient in escalation processes and issue resolution
