They are also responsible for delivering sustainable and profitable growth across all retail touchpoints.
JOB PURPOSE
The CD MIS Officer ensures accurate and timely management of Customer Development data, reporting, and systems to support decision-making and drive business performance. This role focuses on data integrity, analytics, and enabling field teams with actionable insights.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Management Information Systems (MIS) & Data Management
Maintain and update CD MIS systems and dashboards for sales performance tracking.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
Generate and analyze reports on sales, coverage, and RTM KPIs.
Support on developing, maintaining, and optimizing company databases and reporting dashboards.
Support CD Excellence initiatives by providing insights from MIS data.
Collaborate with field teams and distributors to resolve data-related issues.
Monitor TTS (Trade Terms Spend) compliance and provide monthly analysis.
Assist in pricing and promotional data management.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across sales, operations, and performance metrics.
Generate actionable insights and reports to support key business decisions and strategy formulation.
Manage data governance, consistency, and alignment across systems.
Support the automation of data collection and visualization through tools such as Power BI & Excel dashboards.
Operations Management
Supporting the daily business operations to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company objectives.
Support & facilitate the communication and workflow between departments and field operations.
Support in identifying bottlenecks processes and drive efficiency improvements.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in data management or sales reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
Preferred:
Experience in FMCG or Customer Development environment.
Knowledge of database management and ERP systems.
SKILLS
Data Management: Ability to handle large datasets accurately.
Technical Proficiency: Excel, Power BI, and database tools.
Analytical Ability: Convert data into actionable insights.
Organizational Skills: Manage multiple reports and deadlines.
Communication: Clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Problem-Solving: Quick resolution of data discrepancies.
