Als Digital Transformation Manager binnen The Magnum Ice Cream Company speel je een sleutelrol in het versnellen van de digitale transformatie van onze Out-of-Home (OOH) business. Je verbindt strategie met uitvoering door digitaliseringsprojecten te leiden die niet alleen processen efficiënter maken, maar ook nieuwe waarde creëren uit data en technologie.

De OOH-markt waarin je opereert is divers, van groothandels zoals Sligro en IJsexpress tot eindklanten zoals pretparken, dierentuinen, tankstations en horeca. Jij ziet en benut de kansen die digitalisering biedt om onze commerciële slagkracht te vergroten, de samenwerking met partners te versterken en de ervaring van eindklanten te verbeteren.

In deze rol ben je de strategische regisseur van digitale initiatieven: je bepaalt prioriteiten, bewaakt de koers en verbindt interne teams en externe partners om gezamenlijke impact te realiseren. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor budgetbeheer en zorg je dat investeringen in digitalisering duurzaam rendement opleveren.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ontwikkelen en realiseren van de digitale transformatiestrategie binnen de OOH-markt.

Signaleren van trends en kansen op het gebied van digitalisering en deze vertalen naar concrete roadmaps.

Leiden en coördineren van strategische projecten die processen automatiseren, data-inzichten versterken en klantwaarde vergroten.

Samenbrengen van interne teams (Sales, Channel Marketing, Data, Customer Service, Hardware, Field Operations) en externe partners om innovatieve oplossingen te implementeren.

Eigenaarschap over budget en resources, met focus op maximale business impact.

Opstellen van duidelijke KPI’s en rapportages richting stakeholders en het managementteam.

Creëren van draagvlak en stimuleren van een digitale mindset binnen de organisatie.



WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Aantoonbare ervaring met digitale transformatie en projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in FMCG of OOH.

Strategisch denker met sterke executiekracht en bewezen impact op businessresultaten.

Affiniteit met data, technologie en procesoptimalisatie.

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met interne en externe stakeholdermanagement op verschillende niveaus.

Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal vloeiend, zowel in woord als geschrift.

Proactieve, resultaatgerichte en inspirerende leider die innovatie weet te stimuleren.

Ervaring in het aansturen van cross-functionele teams en het werken in complexe stakeholderomgevingen.
