JOB PURPOSE
As the Customer Relationship Management & Marketing Automation Specialist Belgium, you will be part of the Benelux Digital Marketing Team and report into the Digital Marketing Manager Benelux. In a nutshell, you are responsible for creating and implementing converting CRM flows and campaigns in Marketo for the Flemish and Walloon markets. By reaching our chefs via neat email marketing or other innovative CRM channels like WhatsApp for Business, you will help them engage with our brands and drive them towards sales, which will – in the end – result in a valuable long-term buying relationship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Relationship Management
- You get energized from smart customer journeys and are driven to lead customers through the ‘touch-tell-sell’ conversion funnel via innovative CRM marketing
- You are the strategic and operational lead of our campaign related Lead Management or Sample Flows : getting our customers from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s)
- You synthesize analytical customer journey strategies into creative and commercial email marketing flows and messages in Marketo:
- Automatic trigger based mails/push messages
- Monthly newletters per operator segment
- One-off commercial mails/ push messages
- Customer Base Development
- You are responsible for our database enrichment and the guardkeeper of our customer base in- and outflow
- You co-create a future proof email strategy on customer maturity and loyalty drivers, linked to our Cook&Save loyalty programme
- Exploration and Implementation of new CRM channels
- Together with the Growth Marketing Manager Benelux, you will proactively seek out and evaluate emerging CRM channels, such as WhatsApp for Business, to enhance customer engagement and communication. You will be responsible for implementing these new tools, ensuring that the right strategies are in place to seamlessly integrate them into our existing CRM ecosystem, driving both innovation and results.
- Driven by your Test & Learn mindset, you constantly keep track of performance on KPI’s such as Open Rate (OR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Bounce Rate,,... Based on data insights and reporting, you co-develop the strategic customer journey within CRM marketing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in digital marketing and email marketing
- Commercial and strategic mindset, result oriented and passionate for growth - essential for driving CRM campaigns, developing the customer base, and supporting business goals.
- Knowledge of Marketo and HTML/CSS skills - necessary for managing and building email campaigns.
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of Dutch and/or French - enables communication across the Benelux region.
- Solid test & learn mindset - important for analysing data, monitoring KPIs, and continually improving marketing tactics.
- Business savvy and able to connect data/IT & business - helps translate market and customer needs into effective CRM solutions.
