Main purpose of the internship:

As a HR intern at Unilever, youwillget the possibility to develop yourself on both personal and professional level. You will befullypart ofourteam and will be included in various activitiesandprojects.

Your responsibilitiesas an internwilldepend on thespecificprojectswhich youwill be assigned to:

• Employer Branding & Recruitment:Managing our external party for job boards and paid targeted social media, active participation in campus management activities.

• Internship Recruitment:Job posting, CV screening andselection, phone screening, contract administration, internal and external stakeholder management

• General HR: Supporting the HR Business Partnersin employee life cycle review,helping developlearningand developmenttopics,stakeholdermanagement, …

• Industrial Relations & Employee Relations:ReviewHR policy and working conditions,active participation inthe wellbeing program, sustainable employability, etc...

What we ask: 

• You must be enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University,Business Schoolor equivalentduring the entire internship. 

• You must provide an Internship Agreement from theUniversityor the School.

• You are available for a minimum of 3 months and ideally for 6 months (at least 37hours a week). The internship may start earlier if preferred. 

• You are fluent in English + Frenchor Dutch.

• You are a team player witha strong senseof responsibility. 

• You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously.

• You pay attention to details and strive for excellence.

• You are a pro-active and dynamic person, able toanticipatethe needs of your team.

• You are curious, eager to learn new things and to explorenew ideasand approaches to solving challenges.

• You are enthusiastic and passionate, ready to invest yourself fully in your missions and bring positive energy to our team.

• Youare able towork with a diversity of people and teams.

• You are familiar with MS office tools in particular Excel andPowerPoint.
