Main Purpose of the Job
The job holder is responsible to articulate, execute and evaluate the insight-led brand marketing plan, which delivers the short-term and long-term market share and financial goals of Beauty & Personal Care Categories.
Main Accountabilities
- Executes the annual Brand Marketing Plan, as defined in the IBP:
- Develops and executes launch & re-launch plans.
- Coordinates the local implementation of regional & global initiatives (packaging artworks, media, etc).
- Plans and supervises media and promotion plans, based on a continuous understanding of the market and competitive dynamics.
- Implements the annual brand plan consisting of proper product, price, place & promotion mix, in order to grow market share and deliver the targeted P&L objectives.
- Controls brand expenditure vs. budget, making adjustments in response to market conditions and overall performance/priorities.
- Supports the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP):Assists in conducting brand audits by analyzing internal and external data and insights, helping to define and agree on “jobs to be done”, and contributing to the crafting of the final annual brand marketing plan.
- Acts as an interface and coordinates necessary activities between other functions (i.e. supply chain, sales, etc) to ensure effective execution of the brand plans.
- Develops a thorough understanding of the market and competition consumer needs and trends brand health and image, by analyzing available ad-hoc consumer studies (qualitative or quantitative) and/or tracking studies.
- Monitors and reviews the performance of new product introductions, ensuring continuous focus and support after launch.
- Keeps ongoing communication with the brand community within 1U to understand regional priorities that affect local & within Greece needs to secure information flow/ alignment.
- Identifies new business opportunities based on analysis of the marketplace, competition, and category performance. Evaluates these opportunities through the development of a Business Case with financial projections, in line with the brand strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management or Mathematics.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or an MBA is a plus.
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing roles.
- Expertise in media campaigns (traditional and digital), social media, and consumer activation (in-store and out-of-store).
- Fluency in English and Greek.
