Unilever-Knorr S.A., a member of the multinational UNILEVER group that develops, produces, and markets high-quality food products, cleaning agents, and cosmetics, is seeking to hire for its factory located in Agios Ioannis Rentis:

Shift Electrical Engineer  

Business Context & Main Purpose of the Job

The position holder will be responsible for the electrical support and maintenance of production equipment, as well as for supervising and implementing technical projects related to safety and production efficiency.

Main Accountabilities

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Participation in focused improvement teams for production line performance (using lean manufacturing techniques).
• Study and implementation of technical upgrades for production and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitoring timelines and supervising external contractors.
• Study and implementation of technical interventions specifically related to workplace safety (Machinery Safety) and process safety.
• Design and installation of new equipment.

ELECTRICAL SUPPORT

• Troubleshooting electrical/electronic issues in production and auxiliary equipment.
• Support in the design and evaluation (cost and effectiveness) of the annual maintenance and improvement plan.
• Execution of scheduled, preventive maintenance and improvements of electromechanical equipment arising from the plan.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Valid professional license.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering from a Technical Educational Institute (T.E.I.) or Technical School.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and PLC programming.
• Proficiency in electrical schematics, MS Visio, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to work in a three-shift schedule.
