We are part of One Access and Connectivity – OAC in Unilever Tech Foundation organization and responsible for managing-

• Access management Operations across Key Financial Systems (KFAS)

• Secure by Design - Controls Embedment in KFA’s

• Control Assurance across KFA’s

• Audit Mgmt. – SOX, Corporate and Statutory Audits

• Access Controls Transformations and Projects across KFA’s

This role is responsible for Access Control process excellence and managing SOX, Corporate and Statutory Audits for access controls across key financial systems.

Main Accountabilities:

• Access Controls design elevation across all KFAS. Aid and guide the organization in designing access controls in KFAS

• Implement access controls guidelines, procedures in Key financial systems.

• Act as an advisor on access controls embedment, deployment in KFAs/Countries/Clusters.

• Access controls process simplification and automation.

• Monitor adherence to Unilever Integrated Control Framework (ICF) and Information Security Standards such as Baseline Security Standards in all Access Controls team managed applications.

• Collaborate with GCAD and Controller teams to improve execution and monitoring of access controls environment in key financial systems.

• Risk based assessment of controls periodically with GCAD, Platform IT service owner and documentation of exception or exemptions of controls per KFAS.

• Play the role of primary contact for all access management audit related activities to Unilever stakeholders and auditors for all KFAS (statutory and internal Sox) for access controls – should be a key point of contact for all audits in this space.

• Provide updates to the OAC management for audit engagements and status.

• Ensure remediation and impact assessment plans and actions for all the relevant audit deficiencies raised.

• Actively participate and provide inputs based on assessment to GCAD for Audit deficiency rectification.

Skills/ Experience:

The role holder should have experience across business process’ and a passion for controls. They should have and able to demonstrate:

• Strong Business knowledge and expertise – business drivers and implications on access controls

• Sound technical knowledge – SAP processes, and other Key financial applications (SAP and Non-SAP)

• Strong working knowledge on Risks and Controls across various streams – General IT control and automated business process controls

• Creative thinking and ability to connect dots

• Expert level knowledge of professional standards in SAP Security administration and best practices

• Expert knowledge in SAP GRC – Access controls and process controls (desirable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders – controllers, central teams etc.

• Should be able to navigate through difficult scenarios with transparency and persona credibility, by bringing forth personal mastery, and sense of service for the larger purpose of Unilever control health environment.

• Experience and awareness of working in a global role, demonstrate awareness and empathy to our many cultures and social needs

• Experience in managing 3rd party outsourced vendors

• Should have a passion for Controls, Risk assessments, and demonstrate curiosity and agility as key standards of leadership.

• Customer and service centric mind set, placing the user at the heart of the solution

• Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations

Professional Qualification / Experience

• Degree Graduate/ equivalent qualification with 5-8 years of Finance/IT experience in Unilever or at least one other global organisation with similar industry

• Minimum 5+ years hands on SAP Experience

• Working knowledge in SAP GRC access control

• Working experience in business operations

• Experience of landing major projects

• Must have hands on experience with the end to end / full life cycles of SAP Security and GRC

• Analytics and controls mind set
