JOB PURPOSE
Unilever is evolving how recruitment is delivered globally; shifting from reactive, requisition-led sourcing to a proactive, insight-driven talent acquisition model.
The Global TA Innovation Lead is accountable for shaping and scaling Unilever’s next-generation Talent Acquisition ecosystem; bringing together Recruitment Marketing & Insights, Global Sourcing, and Total Talent into a single, integrated model from attraction through retention.
This role drives the design, innovation, and global deployment of world-class TA capabilities, ensuring that technology, services, and ways of working are scalable, insight-led, and embedded across TA hubs and markets globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Global Recruitment Marketing & Insights (RMI) – Design & Scale
• Own the continuous evolution and global scale-up of the Recruitment Marketing & Insights service catalogue.
• Lead deployment of the full RMI offering across markets and TA hubs, embedding:
• Market and talent insights
• Proactive attraction and engagement strategies
• CRM, talent pooling, referrals, and media activation
• Ensure RMI services are clearly positioned as strategic enablers to improve speed, quality, cost, and predictability of hiring.
• Define global success measures and adoption standards, translating insights into actionable TA outcomes
2. Global Sourcing Capability – Innovation & Deployment
• Lead the end-to-end design and global rollout of Unilever’s sourcing capability across TA hubs.
• Define best-in-class sourcing models covering:
• Proactive sourcing and headhunting
• Talent pipelining and early engagement
• Requisition-based sourcing at scale
• Establish clear service definitions, SLAs, KPIs, and governance, ensuring consistent execution while allowing local flexibility.
• Elevate sourcing from transactional delivery to a strategic advisory capability that shapes hiring decisions and workforce planning.
3. Total Talent Ecosystem Integration
• Act as a strategic interface between Talent Acquisition, Talent & Learning, Employer Branding, and Reward teams.
• Collaborate to integrate TA into a broader Total Talent agenda, connecting:
• External attraction and employer branding
• Internal mobility, skills development, and learning pathways
• Retention, workforce planning, and future skills strategies
• Ensure TA innovation aligns with enterprise talent priorities, not operating in isolation.
4. Global Influence & Change Leadership
• Influence senior stakeholders across global, regional, and market teams to drive adoption and sustained change.
• Act as a thought leader on what “good” looks like for modern Talent Acquisition at scale.
• Build strong partnerships across TA hubs, ensuring capability uplift, consistency, and long-term maturity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience leading large-scale global TA or Talent transformation with 7 to 10 yrs of work exp
• Deep expertise in recruitment marketing, sourcing, and TA technology
• Strong track record of designing and scaling services, not just operating them
• Ability to work across complex, matrixed organisations and influence without authority
• Comfortable operating at both strategy and execution level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience operating within TA hubs or shared service models.
•Exposure to recruitment technology, CRM, and market insight tools.
•Background in complex, matrixed global organisations.
