About TRESemme

Born in the salon over 70 years ago, TRESemmé is admired across the globe for our salon-worthy products and style-first approach. Crafted with salon-quality ingredients and trends, our products are tested to ensure they work as well as (or better) than salon brands, and stylists have been putting TRESemmé to the ultimate test at New York Fashion Week since 2009. TRESemmé is dedicated to making salon-quality products without the salon price because we are powered by a simple truth: every woman deserves to look and feel fabulous, like they have just stepped out of the salon.

In SEA, TRESemme is still relatively small brand with huge room to grow given the growth of premium segment and e-commerce. Thailand, Vietnam and Indo are key markets for TRESemme with strategic focus on growth acceleration via premiumizing innovation and format expansion.

Main responsibilities in Innovation will include:

  • Leand innovation deployment in Greater Asia and Indonesia including overall project and network management.
  • Lead communication development and adaptation of communication assets for Greater Asia and Indonesia with strong focus on social first idea and execution.
  • Support innovation and communication design and deployment for regional specific innovations along with track best-in-class Brand Experience Toolkits.
  • Ensure OTIF delivery of innovation and communication assets to the markets
  • Drive consistent brand execution across regional, ensuring integration of global brand world and communication guideline across touchpoints.

ALL ABOUT YOU

We need someone who is a natural team player with can-do attitude:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in Innovation and Comms/Engagement with a strong passion for Beauty or Personal Care with relevant experience in innovation management, preferably for beauty brands.
  • Managing cross-cultural relationships with multiple markets & managing the relationship with advertising agency partners.
  • Fast-paced environment, multi-task whilst remaining agile and reactive with.
  • Has eye for detail, beauty and craftsmanship, able to evaluate and judge creative outputs from agencies.
  • Has Strong sense of ownership and accountability, leading & managing quality & deadline of workstream while holding self (and others) accountable.
  • Has strong communication skills, can articulate a clear point of view, and share it with key internal and external stakeholders across functions.
  • Has an ability to identify and clearly articulate an issue and propose solutions.
  • Is Consumer-centric & alert with new market/consumer trends.
  • Has strong analytical skills and a good business acumen.
  • Excellent written and spoken business English.
