JOB PURPOSE
This role will co-lead the business for Cornetto brand in Asia with an aggressive agenda for growth. It will be responsible to co-lead developing the brand growth strategy through portfolio renovation, innovation and communication assets development.
We need a passionate brand innovator with a hunger for growth mindset and has humility to lead cross-function to achieve communal goals. Success in this role defined by crafting and launching breakthrough innovation with unmissable mix while aligning closely with local markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-depth understanding of the Asia market or a certain region market dynamics, competition, consumer behaviour, and exciting trends.
- Lead regional innovation projects with cross-functional team R&D, Packaging, Supply chain, Engineering, CMI. To achieve communal project goal OTIF.
- Develop a full innovation marketing mixes, proposition product, pack, price and communication mix and trade story. Lead the mix validation and test in relevant markets
- Create brand communication strategy including campaign idea, master assets, social first strategy.
- Passionate storytelling through creating compelling business proposals & idea pitching for stakeholders.
- Works closely with local market teams in the development of innovation mix and campaign launches.
- Founder mindset through full owning and manage project investment, budget planning and monitoring.
What we’re looking for:
- 4-7 years’ experience in Brand Marketing & Innovation.
- Growth mindset driven by healthy curiosity and humility to learn.
- Trends frontliner, passionate consumer listener and eager to be an innovator/pioneer.
- Team player and collaborator, Team success oriented.
- Assertive, Agile, and resilience, be able to work under volatile & uncertainty
- Comfortable to work with technical cross function i.e R&D and Engineering team.
- Experience in multiple project management & networks.
- Strong brand mix development including campaign assets development.
- Having exposure on regional global role and Food / RTD/ snacking/ Ice Cream background is an advantage.
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Thai is a plus but not mandatory
- Willing to be reallocated to Bangkok-Thailand.
