MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Drive business growth by focusing on core & innovation with strong execution, initiatives leading category growth, and executing tailored plans to maximize sales and profitability.
JOB SUMMARY
- Take responsibility & ownership of assigned categories with a strong drive for business growth.
- Develop and execute tailored promotional plans and joint business activities with cross functional & partners to meet or exceed sales targets and strengthen in-store execution.
- Customer management & build strong collaborative relationships and drive aligned business growth.
- Initiate and manage key projects from proposal to execution—including tracking performance, conducting evaluations, and identifying scale-up potential.
- Control trade spending and promotional investment, ensure effectiveness of all trade activities.
- Identify and analyze market opportunities including competitor benchmarking and shopper insights.
- Conduct in-depth sales and category data analysis to assess promotion effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement actions to drive sell-out.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to ensure smooth execution and business alignment across functions.
- Manage multiple accounts effectively, demonstrating strong prioritization and focus on strategic business drive
- Able to balance and manage multiple portfolios by setting clear priorities and ensuring timely, high-quality execution across accounts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Key Account or Modern Trade channel management (FMCG exposure is a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good mindset with “can do” attitude.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Highly operational with high attention to details.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects under pressure.
