Main Job Purpose:
Assistant Quality Manager – HC Greater Asia Digital Quality role works within Quality Business Units Group organisation focused on driving digital and automation implementation on Quality areas both in the manufacturing sites and logistic sites in alignment with Global Quality Digital Strategy to drive continuous quality improvement and simplification.
This role will report direct line to Greater Asia HC BU Quality & TH MQO Q Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Deploys Global HC Quality strategy on digital transformation & automation implementation within Unilever own factories and warehouses
Creating partnership ecosystem for Collaborative Manufacturing Partners & Supplier to allow automation and reducing manual activity
Building capabilities to integrate and digitise Consumer Quality Insight to drive quality improvement & Product Superiority Index
Identify opportunities through data analysis, SPC implementation, automation of quality controls (Digital Eye, Zero Touch Line) to drive quality improvement and preventing human error
Provide training and drive digital upskilling within internal Greater Asia Quality team e.g. digital tools, digital platforms (Quality One, Buildapps), Microsoft Power platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Flow)
Providing guidance and support on internal demand within quality team to allow simplification and automation of process.
Professional Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT (preferably Supply Chain IT)
Experience in managing E2E project spanning across technologies.
Travel:
Local travel to sites (30-50%)
