Job Purpose
The Finance Value Creation Demand Partner Lead is a critical role that acts as a finance business partner for commercial functions, including sales, marketing, and other related areas. This position is pivotal in driving financial performance, optimizing commercial strategies, and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities
Financial Partnership: as a finance business partner to market commercial teams, providing financial insights and support.
Performance Analysis: Analyze the financials and drive business performance, support decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for commercial functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial performance metrics to senior management.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams to develop and implement strategies that drive value creation.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks within commercial operations.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Several years of experience in financial management, preferably within commercial functions such as sales or marketing.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
Key Skills
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial systems and technology, including SAP and Excel.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial information.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
Leadership Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
Decision-Making: Proficiency in making informed decisions based on financial analysis and market trends.
Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate finance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
