Main Responsibilities

• Lead an implementation all UL environmental standard and Legal and compliance and the Effectiveness of Environmental
• Lead the Environmental and Sustainability management and audit UMS (Unilever Manufacturing System), ISO14001 and SHEPAR (ECFWS and EPR)
• Monitor environmental performance e.g. Water, Wastewater, Air emission etc. Trend to ensure that each target will be achieved and coordinate with related functions for program to support environment targets. And escalated up for potential for environmental incident. Provide the input for all emission control to complied with law
• Proactive engage with the internal and external key stakeholder for the Environmental awareness and campaign.
• Set the governance process to ensure that all the Environmental incident report and improvement action plan closed on time.
• Ensure Environmental performance report accuracy in all sites.
• Supervise and educate for environmental Compliance and control are in place.
• Lead for ISO14001:2015 e.g. aspect and impact assessment and audit
• Involve with the Sustainability project and improvement at the site level
• Governance the waste management to ensure comply with local regulation base on the hierarchy of waste disposal and UL std.
• Lead sustainability report enclosing audit by corporate or related external parties.
• Lead EPR reporting data. Consolidate data from Utility and all factory to report in EPR.
•  Lead Waste management program and compliance.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years working experience in Occupational Health Safety field
• Able to motivate and communicate in Environmental Management and Sustainability Program
• Good command of English Positive attitude and cooperativeness
• Good leadership skills to lead the site agenda and build up organization culture to serve the site environmental agenda.
