WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Translates BU trade strategies into Customer specific Plans; creats and owns Customized Promotional Strategy, assures competitive winning BU into customer plan, creates customer choice mix and planning

Experiences & Qualifications
Relevant experience in Brand Development or Category Management
Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skill.
Capability for problem solving and decision making.
Great communication and negotiation skills
Skills
Fluency in English
MS Office tools (BI and CRM previous experience would be advantage)
Basics of Marketing
Digital & Social media
Strong capability of data analysis (consumer, forecasting, demand planning).
Capability of developing strong team relationships via interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsiveness and resilient attitude.
