JOB PURPOSE
You will be the Subject Matter Expert of CBD related iOps processes and tools, and responsible for driving and executing digital transformation initiatives with the CBD organization. You will collaborate closely with CD Team and Integrated Operations, leading efforts to leverage interconnections between the functions, enhance and optimize business planning and executional /operational activities End-to-End, which drives efficiency and revenue growth. The key technologies include TPM and Sonar, but you also need to understand how FEU and SAP are interconnected with these CD tools.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
You will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining the efficient co-operation between CBD and Business Operations, partnering with the global iOps GTM Tech and Process teams (TPM and Sonar team, CoE, PPDN), CBD, CSP, CD Finance, Customer Experience team and Customer Planner Team Lead in Genpact organization. This role works closely with these teams to ensure that CBD planning process and best practices are implemented and supported by tech.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Understand current CBD business processes & connected operational processes to drive change in the organization through adoption and usage of technology.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the roadmap for technology and process aligns with CBD and CO goals and priorities; ensure alignment on change management and comms as appropriate.
Lead cross-functional market project team to land continuous improvement of CBD technologies and processes, ensures that all affected functions / roles are represented in squad.
Partner with Head of CD to align on training needs, best practice compliance, field feedback for CR prioritization, CBD communications.
Partner with iOps Centre of Excellence, First Point of Contact in market related to global continuous improvement initiatives in CD area.
Use effective storytelling to influence local and global key stakeholders; drive alignment on priorities, inform on status and leverage when help is needed.
Adopt think outside of the box mentality; be willing to find creative solutions to complex problems.
Business metrics and Key Performance Indicators, managing Genpact performance: support CO Head with key findings with regards to Genpact performance monthly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Drive digital transformation initiatives within the CBD, including the adoption of digital sales tools, automation technologies, and analytics platforms. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Sales Process Optimization: Analyze existing sales processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Understand the current inefficiencies in the CBD related E2E iOPS processes, and identify continuous improvement projects with the aim of improving operational excellence.
Data-driven Decision Making: Implement KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Monitor & continuously improve processes by participating in integrated operations performance KPI improvement initiatives together with Customer Operation Head, Genpact operations and PPDN, as market SME.
Change Management and Training: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of digital tools and processes within the CD team. Provide training and support to CD personnel to maximize utilization and proficiency with digital technologies.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles to be able to support efficiency of all roles / parties.
Strong understanding of (or at least strong interest in) digital technologies, automation, analytics tools, desire to learn about different data driven systems and how they function together.
Advanced financial knowledge, P&L understanding, budget management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse multi-task team environment.
Programme / project management experience.
Experience in working with teams and across a diverse mixture of cultures.
Strong English language skills written and spoken.
