JOB PURPOSE

Our Data & Reporting Analyst drives strategic business decisions and enhances operational efficiency by leveraging advanced data analysis and automation techniques. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights, ensuring the organization operates at peak performance.

Main responsibilities/tasks:

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.

• Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.

• Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.

• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics

• Feedback score from stakeholders on the usefulness and clarity of reports and insights.

• Percentage of identified process improvements that are implemented.

• Percentage of reporting processes that have been automated.

• Feedback score from cross-functional teams on the effectiveness of collaboration.

• Percentage of industry best practices in reporting and analytics that have been adopted.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling

• Knowledge of database design and data warehousing principles

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow

• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (SQL knowledge is considered a plus)

• Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data
