WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

•      Follow up on customer payments to reduce overdue balances

•         Partner with Sales & Finance to resolve disputes and secure collections

•         Alert on high-risk accounts and escalate risks

          •         Support system and process improvements in cash collection

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

          •         Associate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

          •         2–3 years of experience in cash collection, credit control, or accounts receivable

Skills

          •         Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

          •         Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer teams
