JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Lead as TPL and develop suitable condiments formulation according to the agreed product brief for the target countries and LSM. It should also fully meet target cost, compliance to local regulation and safety policy.
• Lead local deployment in PH for condiments for approved product design and provide all technical requirements, this includes
  • Claim substantiation
  • FDA PH registration documents
  • Input to artwork
  • Artwork approval via BLUE
  • All other local deploy tasks

• Provide results of alternate material and supplier testing to help the business during calamities, ensuring availability as part of resiliency plan and use of global recommended specifications as part of simplification.
• Ideate for condiments product logic savings to ensure design are efficient and generates better profit for the business
• Deliver PLM specifications, recipe & PIRD in PLM according to globally set standards.
• Support R&D initiatives related to sustainability, safety, corporate audit, etc.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Min. with bachelor’s degree in food Technologist or Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience working in other FMCG.
• Willing to be based in General Trias, Cavite
