Job Title: SHE Executive

Location: Chiplun
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting of safety and environment data from all SA sites (Make, Non make, DCB)
- Developing dashboard and tracker to support team with follow up and closure of actions
- Maintain hygiene of safety & environment related portals, which include: Airsweb, OS – EPR portal, 3P-2P portal, EMOC, Monthly excel for leading indicators.
- Implement and analysis safety & environment data to create weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly reports for the team.
- Generating and maintaining day to day SHE data and updating to management of SHE performance.
- Preparing SHE update deck for SCLT and respective stake holders
- Conducting PWC audits for sites with category & environment manager.
- Ensure annual submission of SPR, EPR & PAR
- Conduct Safety & Environment trainings, audits
- Working with global team for implementation of new requirements.
- Work on safety and environment improvement projects
Requirements
- Excellent Analytical capabilities
- Competent to use digital platforms
- Competent to use MS office effectively
