Scope of work

Customer Strategy and Business Plan
• Build plan to grow Major Account Customers, open new SKUs and grow current SKU through partnership projects
• Identify the market potential by region, clear plan and direction to MAG team to drive focus and open potential Major Accounts in region
• Manage team to achieve the business goal, responsibility the team performance
• Deliver sales target, though growing existing and winning new customer
• Co-ordinate with MKT to plan and implement Marketing activities to Operators efectivlly
• Build good relationships and good business collaboration with Operators. Build contact Matrix and good partnership with key decison makers
• Implement UFS standard sales skills, train the team to improve selling skills and soft skills
• Collaboration with Chef team to deliver ideation, ensure to bring relevant solutions for Major Accounts

Ecommerce Lead:
• Partner with customer to drive categories growth & market share in that customer via JBP agenda for growth, including but not limited to: categories growth management, assortment planning, perfect store online, campaign, marketing solution, shopper engagement, demand planning joint-forecast, fulfillment & delivery, customer experience, etc.
• Identify growth opportunities in that customer per categories & translate into action plan with customer
• Manage performance maximization & efficiency of both commercial & marketing solution
• Work closely with customer & CAT team for monthly master business activities plan & ensure perfect execution
• Deliver deals closing with customer/distributor, negotiate contracts & payments terms
• Ensure Perfect store online & Merchandising deployment & following categories’ jobs-to-be-done
• Work closely with customer & distributor to deliver joint-forecast demand planning & goods inbound perfect execution; work closely with internal teams to ensure joint-forecast is well-captured & delivered

Negotiation
• Closes the deal with the Customer by negotiating the trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts according to the UL strategy on his/her customer
• Manages overall levels of Customer Investments for his customers
• Monitors Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution and market share

Plays active ambassador role
• Acts as active ambassador of Unilever at the customer and of the customer at Unilever
• Participates actively to the account managers meetings, looking at the best solution for the business even if not in line for his/her customer

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
    • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the company’s industry and market dynamics.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Language: Proficiency in English
