KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attract Operators (UFS consumers) by creating and delivering high‑value content and experiences tailored to their needs. Build meaningful connections, solve their challenges, and extract insights to improve the end-to-end Operator experience and fuel growth strategies.

  • Generate and nurture leads through impactful content and targeted experiences that convert into high‑quality business opportunities.

  • Lead and develop a team of 6 Coordinators, fostering capability growth and execution excellence.

CHALLENGES

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, applying tailored leadership approaches for each member.

  • Act as the business and brand owner, ensuring strong accountability and advocacy.

  • Drive collaboration and shared ownership of the Annual Plan.

  • Champion and model the UFS Digital mindset, influencing peers and cross-functional teams.

  • Manage stakeholders across multifunctional teams, direct reports, leadership, sales/trade, and retail environments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and execute a content marketing strategy that drives growth and customer delight.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales/marketing funnels, operator lifecycle, and automated marketing journeys.

  • Operator Centricity: Deep understanding of operator buying journeys and the ability to guide decisions through a consumer-first lens.

  • Content Creation: Creative and persuasive storytelling across multiple digital channels.

  • Performance Measurement: Experience analyzing online and offline performance metrics.

  • Project & Process Management: Strong organizational and executional discipline.

  • Digital Expertise: Skilled in journey design, inbound marketing, SEO, lead generation, and lead nurturing.

  • Advanced English

  • High energy—enthusiastic, dynamic, results‑oriented, and operator‑focused

  • Strong analytical and leadership capabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Resilience to navigate a transformational agenda

  • Speed, agility, and data-driven decision making

  • Knowledge of Media Planning
