PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

The Supply Chain Finance function plays a pivotal role - supporting strategic business decisions, providing relentless focus on value and cash.

The Supply Chain Finance FP&A Senior Specialist Andina supports the SCF Lead in coordinating and consolidating FP&A supply chain costing and reporting processes for Colombia and Ecuador. As a key partner to cross-functional Supply Chain teams, this role is responsible for delivering value through effective planning and reporting, along with key value interventions to enhance the understanding and identification of Supply Chain Cost efficiencies and profit improvement.

This position will support SCF transformation by providing self-service quality information and reliable data analytics. It will require close collaboration with the Supply Chain Leadership Team, Shared Services experts (Supply Chain Finance Services), the extended Supply Chain Finance Team, Commercial Finance, among others, on an ad-hoc basis.

For this role, we are seeking a dynamic finance talent with expertise in financial business partnering and a passion to learn and contribute to SCF, with the ability to influence presential and remote teams in a large-scale transformation, change management, communicate in an assertive way to coordinate multiple areas from a financial planning and business partnering perspective, and will work as a senior individual contributor.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:

  • Lead and support the supply chain cost planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets for the Andean region, and in more depth for Colombia & Ecuador.

  • Act as a finance business partner to the Supply Chain Leadership Team, providing insights and clarity on key cost drivers. This includes establishing a robust communication governance framework to align stakeholders on the assumptions underlying the forecast's cost lines.

  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance Team to ensure robust communication and transparency across functions.

  • Understand and provide explanations of SCC variances, mostly on Actual vs. Forecast and Previous Year, also Forecast vs. Previous Forecast versions at the different levels of detail as required.

  • Drive value creation through proactive analysis and recommendations on cost optimisation opportunities, including but not limited to category-driven initiatives.

  • Supporting the net productivity agenda for Colombia and Ecuador by performing robust analysis and identifying key insights for decision-making.

  • Influence and connect with the extended Supply Chain Finance team to gather, validate, and integrate inputs for accurate forecasting.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for supply chain operations.

  • Participate in the construction of tools needed to drive financial performance and understanding, through robust business acumen.

  • Provide inputs if required for presentations ad hoc on matters of supply chain costs when needed.

  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to guide decision-making and risk management.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and financial discipline across the supply chain organization.

  • Ensure support to the Performance Management team for the internal performance agenda and documentation preparation.

  • Support as required to Strategic SC, Commercial Finance, 1UL global & Internal/External Audit or any other relevant stakeholder on an ad-hoc basis for the pillars in scope of Industrial Finance and Customer Operations.

Professional Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in SCF, either BP or FET, is ideal.

  • Strong knowledge of key financial processes; experience in managing supply chain cost is a must.

  • Strong financial fundamentals along with solid business partnering skills.

  • Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Design thinking.

  • Strong modelling, mathematical, and analytical skills.

  • Experience in performance management or financial process-driven roles.
