Job Summary
Leads execution of quality assurance for assigned projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations; develops and implements testing processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of project quality assurance through development, implementation, delivery, and post mortem reviews.
• Ensure appropriate policies, procedures, and training are in place to enable successful quality management.
• Participates in development of new products/processes and product improvements by ensuring that quality assurance practices are integrated into research and development efforts.
• Coordinates and manages project teams including internal staff, agency personnel, and contractors.
• Monitors and reports on project performance against schedule and budget goals.
• Communicates with senior leadership team regarding project status and issues.
• Provides input to QA strategy and initiatives based on experience and trends observed during project work.

Qualifications
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and oriented toward details while maintaining perspective.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) and QA testing tools preferred.
• Solid understanding of QA methodology and ability to apply it to different situations.
• Experience in leading and mentoring other Quality Assurance Analysts.
• Experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry preferred.
