WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Data Mapping & Efficiency Automation
Take ownership of manual and automated mapping processes for sales datasets(SKU, category, channel, customer level)
Create smart optimized logic to make mapping faster and more scalable
Leverage prior mappings, shortcuts, logic patterns, and lookups to accelerate repetitive mapping with minimal error
Collaborate with data owners to identify, fix, and track inconsistencies across data hierarchies (brand/category/subcategory)
Data Transformation & Analysis
Clean, standardize, and join large datasets using Power Query, SQL, and Advanced Excel functions
Develop reusable queries and automated refresh pipelines using Power Automate
Business Collaboration
Work closely with customer development, category, and marketing teams to understand reporting needs and craft tailored visual solutions
Support campaign or initiative tracking by creating dashboards that compare sales vs targets, distribution gaps, and execution metrics
Dashboard Development & Visualization
Design and build interactive and high-impact Power BI dashboards tailored to different business users
Apply best practices in for data visualization, layout consistency, color usage, and interactivity
Use advanced DAX measures, slicers, tooltips, and bookmarks to deliver dynamic and self-serve visual experiences
Ensure dashboards provide clear visual narratives and are optimized for different views
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI roles.
Strong proficiency in:
- Power BI: Visual design, DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, bookmarks, drill-throughs
- Advanced Excel: Pivots, Index-Match, dynamic ranges, charts
- Power Automate: Data refresh scheduling, workflow automation
- SQL: Data extraction, joins, filtering, aggregation
- Experience in designing dashboards from scratch, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and layout aesthetics.
- Ability to optimize mapping workflows using smart techniques (e.g., reference tables, rule-based mappings, automation logic).
- Ability to apply basic ML models and familiar with MS Azure
- On time in Full L1 Support on Sales order application.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset to suggest improvements.
- Passionate about data, design, and driving clarity through visuals.
- Willingness to learn, test, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
• Background in FMCG / Retail analytics, particularly sales and distribution reports.
• Exposure to Share of Shelf, OSR, campaign execution or retail execution reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI mobile optimization and row-level security (RLS)
