Background & Purpose of the Job:
The retail content specialist is tasked with ensuring the implementation and optimization of our brand’s e-content across dcommerce customers. This specialist will play a critical role in ensuring our new items are set up and appearingon-site across all major online customers.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
The retail content specialistwill need familiarity with the ecommerce space, strong analytical skills, and a curiosity for operating in an evolving part of the industry. A baseline knowledge of the ice cream category is a plus.
Major responsibilities include:
Ensure the syndication of 7OA components to Retailer’s platforms for projects (such as innovations, hard transitions, soft transitions, etc.), including images, written copy, video, enhanced content, attributes, and label information
Ensure new product set up is delivered on time and in full annually
Monitor content quality score across retailers and step in to ensure retailer standards are being met
Audit and enhance product detail pages (PDPs) for accuracy, SEO, and conversion-driving elements like enhanced images, videos, and A+ content
Develop keyword strategies tailored to retailer search algorithms and consumer behavior trends
Benchmark competitor content to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation
Create dashboards or scorecards to track content health, search visibility, and conversion metrics across platforms
Partner with digital marketing team to ensure messaging consistency and timely updates for seasonal or promotional content
Support dCommerce marketing teams by aligning PDP content with paid media and promotional strategies

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. The Magnum Ice Cream Company takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
