JOB PURPOSE
Based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and reporting to the US Value Creation Demand Finance Director, the Finance Manager, US FP&A is responsible for planning, budgeting, monthly performance cycles, target setting, digitalization, ad hoc interventions and strategic analysis for the US market of The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC). He/she does so with the support of one (1) Associate Finance Manager (AFM).
The FP&A role is a key role within the finance team to drive overall performance and partner with the senior leaders both in the US and across the Americas.

- TMICC Americas Finance Team
- Finance Value Creation leads of both Demand and Supply
- TMICC NA Controller
- US Finance Leadership team
- Unilever UniOps
- Unilever NA National Finance / Performance Management Team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monthly performance management cycles, this includes month end closing and forecasting.
- Leading the NA and US S&OP processes (performance reporting, meeting organization, and related outcomes / actions)
- Drive the accuracy, integrity, transparency and accountability to our financial plan
- Provide key financial & strategic insights to USLT, FLT and Finance business partners
- Drive automation and further optimization of all FP&A processes
- Manage the performance and development of the FP&A AFM

Experience
- Financial academic level or equivalent experience
- Excellent MS Excel skills & deep financial system knowledge (SAP, PBSC, iFinance)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (in English)
- Ability to delivering through others
- Experience in other FP&A roles is preferred but not required
- Experience in Hyperion / SAP / PowerBI systems preferred

Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
