Scope: As a Logistics Process Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing logistics invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment. This role involves working closely with carriers, external service providers, and various internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Once settled in role, the Logistics Process Analyst will identify inefficiencies in the process and provide resolution to contribute to the Logistics organization’s continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: 800 Englewood Cliffs, NJ or other Ice Cream facility for consideration

JOB PURPOSE:

Paying our suppliers on time and vetting their invoices allows us to be a Shipper of Choice while ensuring we maintain our Transportation budget. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process freight bill invoices within the payment terms of carriers.   Heavy focus on reducing accessorials through validation technigues. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:  

SKILLS:   strong excel skills, thorough email communication, well organized, supplier relationship, self-driven and ability to work independently

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:    Experience with logistics and freight bill pay is helpful.   Strong math skills and ability to do root cause analysis.  Data driven role. 

LEADERSHIP:   Ability to influence others through indirect relationships both internal and external.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
