As an Associate Finance Manager in the FP&A Reporting HUB, you will partner with the business to drive Unilever’s digital agenda. You will proactively ensure the business is future fit and enabled to meet its financial goals.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
This role is an essential part of the FP&A Reporting HUB Team which is tasked with ensuring a smooth monthly close, cash forecasting and management reporting duties. You will be responsible for ensuring good financial hygiene as the month closes, adherence to our global control framework, maintaining the integrity of the information in our core financial systems as well as being responsible for cash reporting and forecasting. As part of the larger reporting HUB, it’s crucial we maintain accurate master data across the finance organization – this role will play an integral part in making sure that is always top of mind. The role is also responsible for developing enhancements in our reporting systems that will ensure speed and accuracy in daily activities as well as being the main point of contact for multiple systems, reporting deadlines and being a liaison to Global Management Reporting. Finally, this role is tasked with accelerating and landing the digital finance transformation by supporting, identifying and helping to deliver new pipeline initiatives and pioneering other technology improvements.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience
- Prior work experience in Audit, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Financial Planning
- Practical experience using business intelligence platforms (tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and MS Copliot)
- Strong analytical, modeling and problem-solving skills and moderate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis
- Experience building data models/analytics, visualizations, conducting presentations & information design
- Strong technical and financial acumen with a steadfast attention to detail
- Experience with project management
