JOB PURPOSE
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the multi-year growth strategy for Dove Beauty through innovation. The Dove Skincare Manager will translate strategic brand goals into a 12Q innovation roadmap, delivering consumer-centric mixes that drive growth across the US and Canada.
This manager will lead a cross functional team including R&D, supply chain, consumer insights to understand consumer needs and craft innovative mixes that spark consumer desire and drive incremental brand growth. You’ll also contribute to the long-term Dove B&W North America brand strategy, helping to shape the destination brand architecture and the innovation/renovation roadmap to deliver competitive, profitable, and sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is a strong opportunity for someone who derives energy from beauty, innovation, taking projects from conceptual idea into physical reality, anticipating market and competitive moves, and building a highly successful team across marketing, R&D, SC, finance, artwork, and CMI. The ideal candidate can bring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, who can flex comfortable across senior stakeholder engagements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading 2026-2028 North America innovation projects & mix development for Dove B&W
- Shape the NA 12QP innovation using market insights
- Showcasing innovation and building trade stories relevant to NA retailers
- Partner with category operations team for strategic pricing and PPA
- Build business cases in partnership with Ops, dComm, and demand creation teams
- Track brand performance and manage team budget
- Specific innovation scope may flex depending on business need
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
- Passion for Beauty – outside-in thinker
- Highly competitive mindset and spirit to win
- Strong existing mix development & innovation network leadership experience
- Consumer love and passion for learning across new categories
- Experience working with or leading cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience with and understanding of US customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A good balance of analytical and creative thinking
- Agile thinking and resilience to adapt workplans as opportunities arise
- Self-starter, comfortable with fast paced environment
- Ability to work as part of virtual teams across geographies, cultures, and time zones
- Comfort with Unilever tools and key processes (or ability to learn) including Circana/IRI, Numerator, Power BI, UBS, BLUE, API setting, etc.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
