MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for end to end Management Reporting process for the TU Region, innovation process, and long term strategic planning. The candidate is expected to have excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills to work with complex organizational matrixes.
By providing an integrated financial perspective on the impact of business decisions, the incumbent makes recommendations and influences decisions that maximize value for the business.
What Else Do They Do In This Role?
- Ensure OTIFNE (On time-in full-no error) management reporting cycle for Actual and Forecast for all management reports mandated by Global.
- Manage a complex stakeholder matrix involving Global reporting teams and country category finance teams.
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning for Ice Cream Business.
- Very close monitoring of month-end close activities, rigour in assessing potential risks in advance and taking timely actions.
- Support and partner with the business teams in innovation modelling and P&L forecasts for MET Region,
- Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams
- Involvement with special projects related to business development, strategic growth and ad hoc analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy of Financial Reports
- Support in-year business performance for Turkey to deliver targets
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administrations, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in Finance such as Management Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Budget Management, Financial Audit, etc. skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.
- Good understanding on finance process and operations.
- Advanced skills in Excel, and good knowledge of SAP and OLAP.
- Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills.

- Understanding internal control
- An enterprising and inquisitive nature that can find solutions to complex problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with & lead cross functional team.
