JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Lead E2E marketing strategic sourcing - METSA & Global Events and Activations Portfolio Lead and operations for METSA markets, including Turkey, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Israel etc. Deliver sourcing strategy, implement through contracting and negotiations for marketing business and services
• Build strategic partnerships, establish and maintain key relationships with suppliers and technology providers to drive innovation and sustainability across the supply chain.
• Understand the business needs related to Marketing management spend portfolios in Turkey for MBS and bring deep expertise and insights across the value chain and supply base to translate the business requirements into effective future-fit procurement strategies.
• Deliver accurate forecasts for pricing and supply chain performance, while simplifying complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders, Close follow up economic updates and market trends is required
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the multi cluster, to support business, market, MBS and Procurement priorities and enable rapid alignment and deployment with key stakeholders of the procurement strategy and execution.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the team across METSA region, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

• 8+ years of procurement experience
• Expertise in sourcing, negotiation and contracting
• Financial acumen for business cases and reporting
• Experience in supplier relationship management
• Proven capability on project delivery and complex stakeholder management
• Understanding of supply market, value chain, and FMCG knowledge.
• Knowledge of HR, Workforce, and other marketing or business services portfolios is a plus
• Turkish & English Knowledge

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
• Buying, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting skills
• Supply market and FMCG knowledge
• Experience on project, tender management
• Working knowledge of financial and business acumen
• Ability to interact with stakeholders effectively and efficiently functionally to understand their needs and deliver effective balanced solutions.
• Demonstrated and proven leadership capabilities

• Procurement Expertise: Proven procurement experience, preferably in the fmcg sector, with a deep understanding of strategic sourcing, contracting strategies, and supplier partnerships.
• Business Acumen: Extensive international business experience, with a proactive approach to identifying and developing opportunities in METSA and global markets.
• Negotiation & Relationship Building: Strong negotiation skills and a talent for building and maintaining supplier relationships, with cultural sensitivity and a global perspective.
