CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
The Foodservice industry is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring smart strategies to drive growth and penetration. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing and customer development, focusing on the critical Trade Partners and Operators (restaurants, hotels, catering, etc.) who bring our products to life for out-of-home consumption.
JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Develop and implement effective trade and operator marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales/Customer Development (CD) teams to align marketing initiatives with their objectives and drive Trade Operator & eCom Business Targets for Turn Over, Reach, and Penetration.
- Design and execute compelling promotional programs to drive sales and enhance brand awareness among operators and trade partners.
- Develop programs that successfully engage food service customers through tastings, events, or culinary competitions.
- Plan, execute, track, and optimize operator buying experiences and craft relevant, need-based campaigns, conducting post-campaign evaluations.
- Gather market data and insights to improve our operator end-to-end experience and inform strategy.
- Oversee execution and support for our eComm business and 3rd party distributors, ensuring all website content is complete and updated.
- Drive Perfect Store Online and Offline initiatives with a focus on the Top $10$ SKUs.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and develop necessary asset creation and support material.
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, measuring and reporting on ROI.
- Manage relationships with trade partners and operators, and create and implement trade active reselling programs.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum: $\mathbf{5}$ years’ experience in Marketing in the FMCG Foodservice industry.
- Minimum: $5$ years of working experience in Trade and Operator Marketing, or a similar function in FMCG.
- Minimum: Deep understanding of sales/marketing funnels, customer buying journeys, and key metrics for offline $\&$ online Trade and Operator Marketing $\&$ eCom.
- Preferred: Digital marketing foundation and industry knowledge for Out of home Operator Groups $\&$ Trade Customers.
Skills
- Good understanding of different shopping missions, operator lifecycle, and buying journeys.
- Business acumen and ability to generate insights with $3^\text{rd}$ party data.
- Customer centricity and strong content creation skills across various channels.
- Advanced joint omnichannel campaign planning skills.
- Ability to build strong value propositions to engage Trade Partners.
- Digital savvy (Intermediate).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Great attention to detail, comfort with data, and strong project management skills.
