It is Unilever’s in-house centre of business partnering and operational excellence in the area of finance services, supply chain, customs, procurement, integrated planning and performance delivery. There are 300 people in Katowice Hub.
The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.
We are working in the hybrid way to use the time spent in the office to influence collaboration and straighten the team spirit, using special designed for this purpose office areas.

BACKGROUND:
Our European logistics team is established to realize key business goals in logistics and drive the net productivity agenda. This position is in the downstream logistics sub-team that drives 2 strong operational programs to deliver value towards the company’s most ambitious goals: Cost-to-Serve and EOTTS.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Be part of project teams that make an impact in 2Y Logistics across EU 1UL
Perform in-depth analysis to derive insights on operational optimizations and identify opportunities
Be part of workstreams with countries and/or partners to gather information and align insights of strategic & operational importance with stakeholders
Work on data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support data driven storytelling for senior stakeholders
Support in preparation of presentation decks for key stakeholder discussions
Work on continuous improvement initiatives on data analytics focussing on more readily accessible and easily replicable analysis usable for multiple countries
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in advanced Excel, Power BI, Power query, PowerPoint
Analytical mind-set with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, problem solve and resolve issues while driving simplification and continuous improvement
Strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential business information
