JOB TITLE Promotional Analytics Product Regional Lead-Europe

JOB PURPOSE
The Trade Promotional Analytics (TPA) Regional Product Lead is a core role within the Customer Product Domain and sits within the overall Design & Technology Organisation.
This role will have a specific focus on Promotional Analytic products and as a key enabler your objectives are to:
Develop a product to enable CD to drive growth with customers.
Enhance User Experience to drive adoption
Liberate cost and time to drive efficiencies
This means you will need to have strong business context, manage senior relationships with the functional stakeholder(s), BG’s/BU’s, bring internal/external IT, Process and Data & Analytics knowledge to the table and translate that into plans that are realistic and value-add to deliver business growth & efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As European TPA Product Lead you will collaborate with the Product owner to develop the strategic direction and development of TPA, feeding in inputs from your region. Successful implementation and usage of the product is instrumental in successful customer planning and collaboration. Whether dealing with third party suppliers or internal teams, the role will need to liaise and collaborate with a broadly skilled x functional team Including functional subject matter experts, IT/D&A teams, project and product leads. This multifaceted role is the driving force behind unlocking net productivity and business value via the TPA product to serve the organization within the customer space. Key activities include:
Work with markets/ users in your region to align product design and features
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure delivery to agreed requirements/ specifications
Own the KPIs/ metrics/ benefits associated with the product in your region, including adoption
Feed into product strategy and roadmaps, and align to program strategy

Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money.In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
