JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Operational management of Co-pack Re-pack facility nearby the factory
- Interface between service provider company and Unilever
- Flexible management of capacity with planners by considering demand
- Conduct & lead saving activities
- Ensuring all operations are conducted in compliance with Unilever standards
- Controls and approves all service invoice drafts and gives report to line manager
- Gives performance updates
- Participating to monthly and yearly inventory counts.
- Taking and implementing necessary precautions in order to prevent all kinds of waste in the area (material, time etc)
- Taking necessary occupational health and safety measures and ensuring that the rules on this issue are followed
- Tracking and reporting KPI’s of operations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree on related fields
- Team management experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions preferred,
- Analytical thinking and being result-oriented
- Problem solving and customer-oriented thinking
- Ability to work detail oriented and organized under tight timelines,
- Ability to adapt flexible working conditions and willing to work in factory environment,
- Being an action-oriented person and has a mindset to turn crisis into opportunities
- Living (or willing to live) Konya
Skills
- Advanced level MS Office knowledge
- High communication skills
- Excellent in English both written and spoken
