JOB PURPOSE:

To provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role involves assisting the LM in managing day to day operations such as answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, handling courier/documents/letters, PO creation and arranging payment, liaise with building management, assist with meeting/events and any ad hoc request.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Handle and route incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently

  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems

  • Monitor office supply levels and coordinate timely reordering

  • Initiate purchase orders (POs) and manage payment processes accordingly

  • Maintain accurate records of payments and generate related reports

  • Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and external service providers

  • Support the planning and execution of events, including meetings, trainings, and staff activities


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent 

  • 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG admin would be an advantage

  • Good communication & organization skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

  • Able to multitask and handle sensitive information discreetly

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
