Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager – Rexona/Sure Partnerships
Location: 100VE
JOB PURPOSE
Rexona (also known as Sure, Degree, Shield) is a leading antiperspirant brand known for its innovative products and strong market presence. This role is part of the Brand Experience team, focusing on connecting the brand with consumers' passion points and driving engagement through strategic partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and support the execution of partnership strategies.
Manage brand sponsorships and ambassador relationships.
Create and deploy engaging communication and activation content.
Collaborate with creative agencies to achieve excellence in campaign development.
Coordinate production and ensure best practices are followed.
Track and optimize partnership performance through regular evaluations.
Liaise with key markets to integrate partnership plans and support local initiatives.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Passionate about movement and brand engagement.
Proven experience in managing complex communication development processes.
Strong project management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies.
Ability to work across various campaign ecosystems, including AV, social media, and content partnerships.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to challenges and hold oneself accountable.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
External focus and a passion for understanding consumers and shoppers.
Experience in partnership management and contract negotiation is a plus.
