WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Manage day-to-day operations of Visayas and Mindanao depots, ensuring on time delivery of products to customers.
• Drive growth and efficiency improvements by collaborating with our 3PLs, Procurement and Customer Experience team to minimize cost to serve and improve delivery performance.
• Transform the company’s reverse logistics processes to minimize losses from trade returns and delivery refusals.
• Oversee national stock recovery operations and work with BUs to reduce business waste.
• Lead the monthly logistics demand and supply reconciliation (DSR) governance.

Experiences & Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in supply chain and logistics
• Experience in working and managing 3PL performance
• Knowledge in handling databases and basic coding skills is a plus
• Supply chain certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma or any similar certifications would be an advantage

Skills

• Knowledge on SAP Distribution
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in excel
• Highly analytical and with attention to detail
• With entrepreneurial mindset
