DOVE Personal Care in Egypt & Sudan:
Dove is one of the biggest brands in Unilever globally, with products trusted by millions and a purpose built on challenging stereotypes to celebrate real beauty. Dove Personal Care mainly operates in Skin cleaning Category (with bars, shower gel and handwash formats) & in Deodorants Category. Our growth strategy & ambition is to accelerate Dove across categories and build a solid multiyear innovation plan that will unlock the potential for the brand and keep on meeting consumers’ needs & demands.
JOB PURPOSE
Unilever is looking for a well-rounded marketeer to Lead Dove Personal Care in Egypt & Sudan. Dove Personal Care Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, planning and executing different brand’s strategies, ensuring that Brand messages is effectively communicated to our consumers and shoppers. Potential candidate will lead innovations & drive local insights that elevate consumer experiences that will make our business win and grow. The brand manager should have a strong grip of stakeholder management whether internal or external.

Prior experience of digital & data driven marketing will be a major advantage.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Main Job Scope:
Responsible for leading and implementing all marketing activities on a Brand / Country level.
Job Main Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute the brand strategy & define the local strategic targets for Egypt & Sudan based on market trends, consumer, shopper understanding & company’s vision.
- Drive & execute the strategic priorities of accelerating the brand, shape up our portfolio and tap into white spaces
- Manage the development and implementation of brand plans- responsible for the performance- endurance and strategic alignment
- Own & Lead brand P&L, pricing scenarios, mix management, product logic and budget re-engineering and drive corrective actions to achieve business objectives
- Lead unmissably superior portfolio transformation & Multi-Year Innovation programs
- Understand market context- key trends- consumers’ needs- identify relevant insights- and track key consumers to develop tailored action plans while partnering with CMI on product & Concept testing
- Monitor and analyze market share trends and competitive activities
- Lead the development, Implementation and monitoring of brands marketing campaigns, while developing best in class activation/campaign ideas, that is built on local insights and having scalability in execution.
- Partner with R&D leveraging our best technology capabilities developing superior formulas & claims that are in line with the category latest trends and change in market dynamics
- Mobilize CD team to see unmissable innovations landing in & being scaled.
- Closely cooperate with Global marketing teams- Shopper Marketing- Sales and finance
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or above in relevant field-
- +4 years of consumer marketing experience in the FMCG sector
- Prior digital marketing experience
- Passionate for Personal Care & New trends
- Result driven and consumer oriented
- Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Proactive approach in resolving problems and challenges
