PTP and Treasury Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Working closely with business owners and payment third-party service provider to ensure consistency in payment on time.
• Proactivley monitoring supplier near dues to ensure timely processing and payments.
• Balance sheet review and monitor aged line items
• Review vendor advance payments and ensure timely settlement
• Ensure timely and smooth month end activities.
• Performing relevant monthly, quarterly, and annual controls

• Treasury Management: undertake and oversee all daily treasury operations
• Cash flow management and ensure proper funding for all banking activities
• Oversee and control Trade operations between Supplychain and banks
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports on treasury operations
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to oversee daily operations and ensure banking and regulatory compliance.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for treasury and tax operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Finance/Accounting/Business Management
• Previous experience in treasury or finance role is a plus
• Fluent in English
• MS office is a must
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Has good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial systems and technology, including Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide Forecast data
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical Thinking: Ability to Assess Current ways of working and detect improvements areas
