MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Head Office

This role will be responsible to lead and develop the Total execution strategy for the assigned Modern Trade customer/account. They will oversee a team of account executives in delivering both Head Office Category Management and execution in the operations aspect of the business.

Local Head office accounts:

Metro Supermarket, Rose Pharmacy, ThreeSixty Pharmacy, Prince Hypermart, Gaisano Capital, Iloilo Supermart, Alturas, Lopues

+ National Chain Account Management within Visayas Region

Total Agency Visayas Management

Agency responsibility on total Management of Manpower Agency Management from. On Time in Full deployment of Manpower for Total Visayas. Monitoring Agency KPIs (Availability of Manpower, Compliance to Perfect Execution, Efficient Reporting, Safety).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/FOCUS AREAS

Head Office

  • Develops customer and channel specific plans with cross functional partners from Trade Marketing team, Brand Team, and Operations Team (from ideation, sell-in, on-time and in full execution, and post-activity evaluation.)
  • Acquire in-depth understanding of shopper, category, and market needs for the customer and channel. Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.
  • Work closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross functional partners to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full
  • Customer engagement with Top Management and Key DMUs through business reviews, and key partnership occasions to further build business and relationship.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grow the category and drive insight-selling backed-up by data to ensure on-time response to market trends and needs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and has the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel. Ensure regular customer engagement through business reviews to further build business and relationship.
  • Ensure omni-perfect store basics such as shopper-centric availability and replenishment, elevated visibility & merchandising, and effective & exciting activations.
  • Manages customer profitability as well as A/R through efficient budget management and regular reconciliation.
  • Build capabilities and train the Key Account Managers

Agency Operations

  • End to End Agency management on Manpower deployment and hitting agency KPIs (Availability of Manpower, Compliance to Perfect Execution, Efficient Reporting, Safety)
  • Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.
  • Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators.
  • Ensuring successful new store openings by making Selecta Ice Cream brands stand out inside the store.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

  • With 3 to 5 years of experience in key accounts management or modern trade accounts
  • Mid-career with experience on business operations and category management
  • Excellent stakeholder management, customer management and interpersonal skills
  • Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
  • Data driven mindset, Network and Influencing, Leadership, Collaboration, Brilliant Execution, Communication and Presentation, Order to Cash Technical Know How Knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Knowledge in Power BI is ad advantage.
  • Cebu based
