BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for the end-to-end account acquisition. (Sell-on, onboarding, Cab Deployment, & Turnover to HORECA KCEs and KAMs).

KEY SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:

  • Mid-Career Professionals: Individuals with experience in business operations management/ Fresh Graduates with a degree in business-related courses.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Network and Influencing: Strong networking skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams.
  • Collaboration: Effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams.
  • Brilliant Execution: Commitment to executing tasks with excellence and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
