E&I Shift Technician

Main Purpose: To support manufacturing achieves their production, quality and safety targets. To support the Project Implementation and to handle all the electrical needs of the shop floor, warehouse, Utilities, Sub-stations, Perimeters and Admin building (Head Office inclusive) as per instruction. Main Accountabilities: • Is responsible for in line production quality • Handles all electrical and instrumentation jobs with safety as and when delegated by the team leader • Maintains logbook of all electrical maintenance jobs, complete electrical PM schedules assigned • Maintains safe working atmosphere of the equipment and co workers and contributes to hazard reporting process of the factory • Submits daily maintenance and breakdown reports as required • Follows the spare part management procedure • Is responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of the line equipment including accessing of PLC & HMI for diagnosing. • Supports Focused Technicians • Participates in Plant Maintenance meetings • Implements continuous improvements assignments • Observes and maintains UMS principles in the line covering the operations all the time • Maintains highest quality standards, ensures safe working practices and care for environment through compliance with the guidelines set up in Company Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, customer service and consumer safety policies of Unilever Philippines • To support the Project Implementation • Supports Digital team in the execution of Centrica and likewise • Closure of SHEPAR actions as recommended by Safety • Supports MVSG/LV and electrical system Maintenance and troubleshooting activity • Ensures FDAS compliance
