Regional Cabinet Operations – North and Central Luzon

Cabinets (Freezers) are the life blood of Ice Cream Operations. With a drive for aggressive store expansion in the next few years, the role is critical to ensure that processes and business models are codified and executed on the ground.

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas:

Day to Day Depot Operations

• Resource allocation of cabinets and spareparts on a depot level
• Management of truck deliveries and route planning
• Handling of 3P Manpower per Depot to ensure depots are efficient
• Ensuring service level agreements are followed to ensure OTIF cabinet delivery

Cabinet Handling

• Monitoring of Cabinet Repairs together with 3P partner
• Ensuring Cabinet Golden Rules are executed on field

Business models and Projects

• Exploring new depots to be opened for more efficient operations
• Business Case building for Depot profitability

Depot Transition

• Ensuring smoothness of operations once there is a depot transition

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable with areas in North and Central Luzon
• Field Experience and Depot Management
• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course preferably Commerce or Supply Chain related course
• Proficient in dashboard development tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Powerpoint) and data visualization concepts
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
