JOB PURPOSE

You’ll be responsible for managing and analyzing key performance indicators such as sales, margin, and inventory, while working daily with leadership, teamwork, commitment, and proactivity. This role is focused on developing and elevating the BPC channel, making it more premium, aspirational, and consumer-centric.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver beyond targets, achieving outstanding results by leveraging cross-functional teams and developing the channel with a focus on beauty and aspirational positioning.

  • Lead and ensure the execution of category plans, activities, and strategic priorities that can lead brands to SOM improve.

  • Build strong relationships with customer operations teams and central office stakeholders.

  • Co-lead with Execution, Commercialization, and Customer Experience teams to ensure excellence at the point of sale.

  • Manage and control customer-specific commercial investments efficiently and strategically.

  • Develop JBP (Joint Business Plan) initiatives by taking into account market trends, category strategies, customer formats, and share ambition.

  • Develop a new concept aimed at preimmunizing categories and brands through bold, out-of-the-box strategies.

  • Oversee financial account management processes, ensuring accurate and effective portfolio handling.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in similar roles within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Experience in derma categories is a plus.

  • Proven track record in key account sales, preferably within the modern trade channel.

  • E-commerce experience is desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and strategic influencing skills to work directly with clients and manage stakeholders, with the goal of driving commercial results. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Data Literacy: Makes data-driven decisions to identify and unlock new growth opportunities, leveraging insights to guide strategy and execution.

  • Consumer & Customer Focus: Demonstrates a passion for being on the front line,understanding and anticipating customer needs and translating them into effective strategies that drive category growth through strong partnerships.

  • Category Passion & Premium Market Insight: Shows deep passion for the Beauty & Hair Care category, with a strong understanding of premium market dynamics. Able to identify aspirational opportunities and elevate brand positioning through innovative, consumer-centric strategies.
