Scope
Position based in Mumbai R&D center for Home Care India. Responsible for development and implementation of projects for Home Care India business.

Key Responsibilities
•Assist in building product appraisal/evaluation capabilities like automation of appraisal protocol, instrument development, validation of new protocol to ensure repeatability and reproducibility.
•Assist in building product performance evaluation capabilities involving new method development for formulation screening, claim substantiation, and demos.
•Plan, design, execute, and report experiments for screening new formulations/technologies to support product improvement projects.
•Analyze data, prepare reports, and document experiments for project teams and stakeholders.
•Coordinate with third parties (3P), vendors, and project teams to drive capability projects.

Required Technical Skills & Experience
•Product development and new method development.
•Good understanding of home care products and formulations.
•Experience with Design of Experiments, data analysis, and report writing.

Educational Qualification
Graduate or postgraduate in science/engineering, preferably with a chemistry background.

Work Experience
Around 3 years of experience in R&D or product development.
