WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Safety & Quality
Ensure all warehouse transactions comply with Unilever’s safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Adhere to GMP and 5S practices in all warehouse activities.
Support pest control, pallet hygiene, and safe stacking
Workplace hazards
Ensure safe data entry practices by verifying physical conditions before confirming SAP/WMS transactions
Identify and report risks such as incorrect stacking, blocked pathways, or damaged pallets during system transactions and physical stock handling
Operations
Receive finished goods from production and reconcile with physical stock in SAP/WMS.
Palletize and store products according to warehouse layout and racking standards.
Pick and confirm customer orders in SAP/WMS with 100% accuracy and FIFO compliance.
Manage market return and obsolete stock transactions per company policy..
Optimize warehouse space and racking utilization.
System & Process Compliance
Ensure full use of SAP, WMS, and RF systems.
Maintain 100% stock accuracy between system and physical inventory.
Generate and share stock and transaction reports as required.
Support operational performance tracking and reporting.
Team Support
Performs visual quality checks on materials and products, and takes action when standards are not met.
Maintains hourly traceability records.
Logs and resolves issues using EWO and implements corrective actions.
Conducts all required HACCP quality checks.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations across shifts.
Provide accurate documentation and support for audits and reviews.
Administration
Assists with PAMCO recording when needed.
Logs equipment stoppages and breakdowns for troubleshooting and handovers.
Conducts hourly plant checks and completes log sheets.
Performs WCM activities and records M1/M4 tags in SAP.
Supports Line Operator in updating WCM boards.
Engineering
Performs scheduled autonomous maintenance and minor repairs (e.g. replacing belts, hoses, knives).
Assists artisans during major breakdowns by following instructions and supporting repair work.
Continuous Improvement
Support data-driven decision-making by generating accurate reports that highlight trends, gaps, or improvement areas.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline picking, dispatch, and reconciliation processes.
Participate in root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and contribute to corrective action plans.
Problem Solving
Use data insights from SAP/WMS reports to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.
Adapt quickly to unexpected challenges, such as urgent order changes or system downtimes, ensuring minimal disruption.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Basic SAP knowledge or experience with ERP systems
Skills
High accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.
Understanding of FIFO principles and inventory control.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
