Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Territory Manager (WA/SA) to achieve territory targets by growing the Out of Home customer base through New Business & competitor hitlists, Increasing Distribution & Winning in Independent Petrol & Convenience through compliance gains and ensuring that accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts and promotions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Net customer base to be maintained and new business leads identified, recorded and visited.

  • Sales Opportunity for all Out of Home (OOH) brands to be maximised in each customer.

  • Achievement of NPD and Core Range distribution targets.

  • Implementation of agreed monthly targets.

  • New product distribution and speed to shelf.

  • Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area.

  • Return on investment criteria to be met for discounts and capital.

  • Build and maintain Customer and CSR relationships.

  • Participate and comply in all approved company OH&S programmes.

  • Ensure all data is maintained and updated via CRM system.

What you will need to succeed

Experience & Qualifications

  • Years of experience 2 - 5years in Field Sales.

  • Developing Customer Relationships

Key Skills

  • Communication

  • Negotiation Skills

  • Problem Solving

  • Relationship management

Any Additional Skills beneficial for the role (systems training)

  • Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential.

  • Full Driver’s License

Key Interfaces

  • OOH customer base

  • Distributor CSR

  • Internal Unilever Customer Managers
